Yogurt Fruit Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
- Pineapple – 1 cup, chopped
- Honeydew Melon – 1/2 cup, chopped
- Papaya – 1/4 cup, diced, not too ripe
- Apple – 1/2 cup, chopped
- Grapes – 2 tblsp, halved, sweet ones
- Pomegranate Seeds – 1/4 cup
- Vanilla Flavoured Yogurt – 1 cup (or plain sweet yogurt)
Method:
1. Combine all the fruits in a bowl.
2. Add the yogurt and mix well.
3. Keep the bowl in the fridge for 30 minutes.
4. Serve chilled.
