Ingredientes

  • 1 1/4 cups butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups Quick-Cooking Oats, uncooked
  • 1 cup Old Fashioned Oats, uncooked
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 2 (7-ounce) packages Dark Chocolate Yogurt-Covered Raisins

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Beat butter at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy; slowly add sugars, beating well.
  3. Add egg and vanilla extract, beating until just blended.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine oats, flour, baking soda, salt, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg; gradually add to butter mixture, beating at low speed until completely blended. With a spoon, stir in the yogurt-covered raisins.
  5. Drop cookie dough by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet(s).
  6. Bake for 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
  7. Let cookes cool on cookie sheet(s) for 10 minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
