After eating this side dish my husband told me I had an uncanny ability to make really gross things suddenly delicious. thank you?

Ingredientes

  • Half pound of trimmed, cleaned and halved brussel sprouts
  • 1 big beautiful apple cubed (something sweet - gala, fiji....)
  • Olive Oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
  • Drizzle of Maple syrup or Honey

Direcciones

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 F
  2. Toss the halved sprouts in olive oil and the garlic to coat
  3. mix in the cubed apple
  4. Lay out the mix on a foil lined baking sheet
  5. salt & pepper to your liking
  6. drizzle some honey or syrup. On a diet? go light. Living the high life? get crazy with that drizzle!
  7. bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes, giving it a toss every now and again so it won't burn.
  8. Voila!
