Ingredientes

  • 4 c. thinly sliced zucchini
  • 1 c. onion, minced fine
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano
  • 2 T parsley
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 (8 ounce) pkg. quick crescent rolls

Direcciones

  1. Saute first 8 ingredients in butter. In a bowl, beat the large eggs with the Mozzarella cheese. Roll crescent rolls out in a 9x9 inch pie pan to create a pie shell. When zucchini is tender, add in to egg mix. Pour into pie shell and bake at 375 degrees for 20 min.
