2 Large Loaf Pans
Ingredientes
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 teaspoon Vanilla
3 teaspoons Cinnamon
3 teaspoons Baking Powder
3 Eggs
1 cup Vegetable Oil
2 cups Sugar
3 cups Flour
3 cups Shredded Zucchini
1/2 cup nuts (optional)
chocolate chips (optional - add any amount)
Direcciones
Cut the core/seeds out fo the zucchini before shredding.
Mix all together and pour into two large loaf pans.
Bake at 350 for one hour.
