Ingredientes
1 egg (may use Eggbeaters)
1 rounded c. cooked zucchini (blended in blender)
Healthy pinch of salt (optional)
1 lg. can Milnot
1/2 c. sugar
1 T flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 T butter
Direcciones
Sprinkle with cinnamon or possibly nutmeg. Bake as custard pie at 350 degrees for 35-40 min or possibly till set in middle.
