Ingredientes
- 2 small yellow squash, minced into bite size pcs
- 1 large dark green zucchini, minced into bite size pcs
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 c. sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. mozzarella
- 5 slices bacon
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 small onion, diced
- salt and pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Fry bacon till crispy. Pour out most of the bacon fat. Chop the bacon into small pcs. Set aside. Add in extra virgin extra virgin olive oil in the same skillet which the bacon was cooked in.
