"Mixed Legumes Soup"

Ingredientes

  • 500 g. mixed dried legumes and cereals (beans, pea, lentils, spelt, barley, buckwheat)
  • 1 big red onion
  • 500 g. tomatoes
  • Rosemary
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Red pepper

Direcciones

  1. Chop the onion, the rosemary, red pepper, and let brown in a pan with olive oil.
  2. Add the legumes and let the flavors blend. Add the tomatoes, salt, pepper, and stir.
  3. All 2 liters of water and let gently cook for about 2 hours.
  4. Serve with olive oil and grated parmesan.
