The weather will soon be just right to break out the fire pit and spend weekends outside ...all night long. Tis the season to go camping. Documenting my outdoor adventures through food prepared right there at campside. I commit to test cooking every recipe I submit on official camp cooking equipment [grills, smoker, turkey fryer, open pit, camp oven or dutch oven]. I also plan to have alot of fun camping and partying outdoors.
