Hi all!

My husband and I have been trying to eat a lowfat diet and counting calories. We both are being treated for high cholesterol. I have been following WW and saw the infomercial for Robert Fergueson's Food Lovers Fatloss System and just wondered if anyone knows anything about this. It does sound interesting.

Even though I haven't followed the WW diet like I should, I haven't heard of this cookbook. If you would like, I could share some WW friendly recipes that I have came up with.-YVONNE
