Thanksgiving Ham

Does anyone know how to cook a ham in the NuWave Oven? I can't find a recipe in the book.

I am using brown sugar and pinapples on it. I need to know the temp. and rack hieght and if I need to wrap it in foil.

I'm not a very good cook. HELP!

I cook mine on high for 4-5 minutes (rack does not matter)

I believe Wendy meant to write "45 minutes", and not 4-5 minutes. This would necessitate your laying it with the fat-side facing down for the first 22 minutes, then turning it over and cooking it fat-side facing up for the following 23 minutes. Also, save your glaze and pineapple until the last 8-10 minutes.
