Ingredientes

  • 11/8 c. hot water (110 F)
  • 1/3 c. oil
  • 3/4 tsp salt(opt.)
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 pkt dry yeast
  • 1 lrg egg (beaten)
  • 4 c. all purpose flour

Direcciones

  1. Combine water, oil, sugar, and yeast. Let rest 15 min. Add in salt and egg.
  2. Mix well. Stir in flour. Knead on lightly floured surface till smooth. Shape immediately into rolls, buns, pizza crust, cinnamon rolls, etc. Let rest for about 10 min. Bake at 425 F. for about 15 min or possibly till brown. makes 30 rolls.
