Baked Pear & Cherry Crumble Dessert

Just a wonderful warm dessert, add whipped cream or ice cream on the top! yummy.

Ingredientes

  • 3 Pears (I use Anjou) peeled, cut into large pieces
  • 1/2 cup Pure Apple Juice
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup Bing Cherries (pitted)
  • 1/4 cup Instant Oats
  • 1/4 cup Crushed Corn Flakes (cereal)
  • 3 tablespoon Butter
  • one tablespoon Pure Honey

Direcciones

  1. Pre Heat Oven 375 F
  2. In an oval or square baking dish spray with your favorite cooking spray-I use Bakers Joy
  3. In a mixing bowl add cut pears, apple juice, brown sugar, and gently mix, add pitted whole cherries.
  4. In a blender add Instant Oats, Corn Flakes, butter, Honey, run blender on low one minute.
  5. Add pear/cherry mixture into the prepared baking dish, even out with an offset spatula, add crumble topping.
  6. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream if desired
