Receta Baked Pear & Cherry Crumble Dessert
Just a wonderful warm dessert, add whipped cream or ice cream on the top! yummy.
Ingredientes
- 3 Pears (I use Anjou) peeled, cut into large pieces
- 1/2 cup Pure Apple Juice
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 cup Bing Cherries (pitted)
- 1/4 cup Instant Oats
- 1/4 cup Crushed Corn Flakes (cereal)
- 3 tablespoon Butter
- one tablespoon Pure Honey
Direcciones
- Pre Heat Oven 375 F
- In an oval or square baking dish spray with your favorite cooking spray-I use Bakers Joy
- In a mixing bowl add cut pears, apple juice, brown sugar, and gently mix, add pitted whole cherries.
- In a blender add Instant Oats, Corn Flakes, butter, Honey, run blender on low one minute.
- Add pear/cherry mixture into the prepared baking dish, even out with an offset spatula, add crumble topping.
- Bake uncovered for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Serve with whipped cream or ice cream if desired
