Ingredientes

  • 12 lrg carrots (about 2 pounds)
  • 1/4 c. balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper Cooking spray

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
  2. Cut carrots in half lengthwise:cut diagonally into 1-inch pcs to equal 5 c.. Combine carrots and next 4 ingredients in a bowl, stir well. Spoon carrot mix onto a jelly-roll pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 375 degrees F for 40 min.
  3. Yield 3 servings (1 c.)
