Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. Melted butter or possibly peanut oil
  • 3 x Jalapeno, serrano or possibly Thai Peppers, seeded and chopped
  • 2 x Clove garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 c. Coconut lowfat milk
  • 2 Tbsp. Unsalted smooth peanut butte
  • 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Lime juice
  • 2 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Habanero sauce or possibly Favorite red warm pepper sauc

Direcciones

  1. In a saucepan, add in the melted butter, chili peppers and garlic, and saute/fry for 2 to 3 min. Stir in the coconut lowfat milk, beanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, sesame oil, honey and habanero sauce, and bring to a simmer.
  2. Remove from the heat and transfer to a serving bowl. Serve with grilled chicken, fish or possibly lamb, or possibly serve as a vegetable dip.
