Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. Yellow mustard seeds, coarsely grnd
  • 1/4 c. Brown or possibly yellow mustard pwdr
  • 1/4 c. Cool water
  • 2 Tbsp. White wine vinegar, or possibly cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp Salt

Direcciones

  1. INSTRUCTIONS: Grind the mustard seeds to the texture you desire. (There is no ``correct'' texture.) Mix the mustard pwdr and grnd seeds with the water. Let sit for 10 min. Add in the vinegar and salt; blend well.
  2. Chill overnight before us ing.
  3. Yields about 1 c.
