Ingredientes

  • 1 lb round steak or possibly venison Flour for dredging Oil Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 pkt (12 ounces) broad egg noodles

Direcciones

  1. Cut steak into bite-size pcs. Place flour in large bowl, add in meat and toss to coat with flour.
  2. Heat about one-eighth inch oil in heavy skillet. Add in steak and brown over medium heat.
  3. Place steak in slow cooker. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Mix soup and water in skillet with drippings from the meat; pour over meat in slow cooker. Cook on low for six to eight hrs.
  5. Cook noodles according to manufacturer's directions; serve with meat mix.
