Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Nonfat cottage cheese
  • 1 x Egg equivalent (2 egg whites or possibly 1 Eggbeater-type)
  • 1/3 pkt Instant onion soup mix (or possibly less to taste, the cottage cheese is salty to start with)
  • 1 c. Rolled oats

Direcciones

  1. Combine the first three ingredients; add in oats and mix well. Shape into three patties. Grill till golden brown, 3 min each side, or possibly cook in a skillet coated with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Serves three, 180 calorieseach.
