Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. butter
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 5 large eggs
  • 3 c. flour
  • 4 T cocoa
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 T vanilla
  • 2 squares unsweetened chocolate
  • 4 T shortening
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 teaspoon corn syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Direcciones

  1. Cream butter and sugar. Add in large eggs and beat well. Sift dry ingredients 3 times and add in alternately with lowfat milk and vanilla. Pour into greased and lightly floured 10" tube pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 80 min.
  2. Grate chocolate. Put together all ingredients except vanilla. Bring to a boil and cook 2 min. Remove from heat; cool; then beat. Add in vanilla and spread over lb cake. You can add in minced nuts if desired.
