Ingredientes

  • 6 large eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry or possibly liquid mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion pwdr
  • Bacon, fried & broken in pcs
  • 2 c. croutons
  • 4 ounce Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • Pepper

Direcciones

  1. Butter a 9 x 12 inch pan. Mix large eggs, lowfat milk, salt, mustard, onion pwdr, and pepper together; pour into pan. Mix croutons and cheese and pour over egg mix. Top with bacon. Bake at 325 degrees uncovered for 55 min. I make this the night before and pop it in the oven in the morning.
