Ingredientes

  • 3 c. Cooked brown rice
  • 1 can (29-ounce) canned peach slices, liquid removed, cut in chunks
  • 1/2 c. Honey, divided
  • 1/2 c. All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp Grnd nutmeg
  • 1/4 c. Butter
  • 1/3 c. Minced walnuts (optional)

Direcciones

  1. Combine rice, peaches, and 1/4 c. honey in greased 8x8x2-inch baking dish.
  2. Combine flour and spices in a small bowl; cut in butter till mix is crumbly. Sprinkle flour mix over rice; drizzle with remaining 1/4 c. honey. Sprinkle nuts on top, if you like. Bake at 350 degrees 30-35 min.
  3. Serve hot.
