Ingredientes

  • 2 loaves frzn bread dough
  • 1 1/2 c. Ricotta cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 pound Mozzarella (cut into cubes)
  • 1/3 c. Prosciutto or possibly ham

Direcciones

  1. Defrost as per directions on package.
  2. Roll defrosted dough and spread lightly with extra virgin olive oil.Mix all filling ingredients. Divide in half and spread half on each calzone. Roll dough up like a jelly roll and press down on edges to seal. Brush top of calzone with oil. Lightly oil 2 cookie sheets and place calzones on sheets. Bake on 450 degrees for 20 min till tops are golden brown. Serve hot. Serves six.
