Ingredientes

  • 1 x 8 ounce. package Elbow macaroni
  • 3 Tbsp. Butter
  • 2 Tbsp. Flour, all-purpose
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 dsh Pepper
  • 2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 Tbsp. Onion, grated
  • 2 c. Cheese, grated
  • 1 1/2 tsp Dry mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 c. Buttered crumbs Boiling salted water

Direcciones

  1. Cook macaroni in salted boiling water till done. Rinse and drain. Heat butter in flour, salt and pepper. Slowly add in and stir in lowfat milk; cook and stir till thickened. Add in onion and next 3 ingredients.(cheese, dry mustard, & worcestershire sauce) Cook & stir till cheese melts. Pour cheese mix over macaroni. Toss lightly; turn into a buttered 2-qt casserole pan. Top with crumbs. Bake in oven at 375 degrees for 25 min or possibly till golden brown browned.
