Ingredientes
- 1 x 8 ounce. package Elbow macaroni
- 3 Tbsp. Butter
- 2 Tbsp. Flour, all-purpose
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 dsh Pepper
- 2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 Tbsp. Onion, grated
- 2 c. Cheese, grated
- 1 1/2 tsp Dry mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. Buttered crumbs Boiling salted water
Direcciones
- Cook macaroni in salted boiling water till done. Rinse and drain. Heat butter in flour, salt and pepper. Slowly add in and stir in lowfat milk; cook and stir till thickened. Add in onion and next 3 ingredients.(cheese, dry mustard, & worcestershire sauce) Cook & stir till cheese melts. Pour cheese mix over macaroni. Toss lightly; turn into a buttered 2-qt casserole pan. Top with crumbs. Bake in oven at 375 degrees for 25 min or possibly till golden brown browned.
