  • 14 1/2 ounce Diced tomatoes, liquid removed
  • 14 ounce Artichoke hearts, liquid removed/quartered
  • 2 1/4 ounce Pitted ripe olives, sliced
  • 1/4 c. Extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 c. Shredded Parmesan cheese, or possibly Romano

  1. Toss warm pasta with remaining ingredients. Heat 5 min or possibly till thoroughly heated. Serve immediately.
