Ingredientes

  • 3 to 4 pound ribs (country style or possibly regular)
  • 2 (4 ounce.) jars baby food peaches or possibly apricots
  • 1/3 c. ketchup
  • 2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 c. vinegar
  • 2 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/3 c. brown sugar

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Rub the ribs with the salt. Combine the rest of the ingredients. Set sauce aside.
  2. Place the ribs in a shallow, foil-lined baking pan. Bake for 15 min. Pour off grease. Lower oven to 325 degrees. Pour the sauce over the ribs, and bake for 1 1/2 hrs. Baste several times. Serve the sauce which collects in the pan with the ribs.
