Ingredientes

  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 jar Chi-Chi's diced green chilies - (4.24 ounce) liquid removed
  • 2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese divided
  • 1 pkt frzn minced spinach - (10 ounce) thawed, liquid removed
  • 1 can Spam luncheon meat - (12 ounce) cubed
  • 1/2 c. sliced green onion
  • 8 x flour tortillas - (7" dia) softened

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine lowfat sour cream, lowfat milk, green chilies, and 1 c. cheese. Combine spinach, Spam, and green onions. Add in half of lowfat sour cream mix to Spam mix.
  2. Divide Spam mix proportionately among tortillas. Roll up tortillas; place seam-side down in lightly greased 13- by 9-inch baking pan. Pour remaining lowfat sour cream mix over tortillas.
  3. Bake 25 min. Sprinkle with remaining 1 c. cheese. Bake 5 min longer.
  4. This recipe yields 4 servings.
