Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Slivered almonds
  • 2 Tbsp. Sesame seed
  • 1 head broccoli, cut info florets
  • 3/4 lb Bean sprouts
  • 2 c. Fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 x Green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 c. Sunflower seeds
  • 2 c. Chow mein noodles
  • 1/2 c. Vegetable oil
  • 3 Tbsp. Rice vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. Light soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp Sesame seed oil
  • 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper Salt to taste

Direcciones

  1. In a skillet toast almonds and sesame seeds over medium heat for about 8 min or possibly till fragrant; set aside.
  2. In a large bowl combine broccoli, bean sprouts, mushrooms, onions, and sunflower seeds. Add in toasted almonds and sesame seeds.
  3. Whisk together the vegetable oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic and pepper. Add in salt to taste.
  4. Toss salad with dressing and top with chow mein noodles.
