Receta Crunchy Brocoli Salad

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. Slivered almonds
- 2 Tbsp. Sesame seed
- 1 head broccoli, cut info florets
- 3/4 lb Bean sprouts
- 2 c. Fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 2 x Green onions, sliced
- 1/4 c. Sunflower seeds
- 2 c. Chow mein noodles
- 1/2 c. Vegetable oil
- 3 Tbsp. Rice vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Light soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp Sesame seed oil
- 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
- 1/2 tsp Pepper Salt to taste
Direcciones
- 1. In a skillet toast almonds and sesame seeds over medium heat for about 8 min or possibly till fragrant; set aside.
- 2. In a large bowl combine broccoli, bean sprouts, mushrooms, onions, and sunflower seeds. Add in toasted almonds and sesame seeds.
- 3. Whisk together the vegetable oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic and pepper. Add in salt to taste.
- 4. Toss salad with dressing and top with chow mein noodles.
