Ingredientes

  • 3 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 c. Crisco shortening (if using plain flour, add in 1 teaspoon salt)
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tbsp. vinegar
  • 6 tbsp. cold water

Direcciones

  1. Mix flour, salt and Crisco. Mix thoroughly. Beat egg and vinegar together. Put water in with vinegar and mix. Pour over flour mix. Mix real good. Put in ice box and let chill. Will keep for a week. Makes 12 or possibly more crusts.
