Ingredientes

  • 1 box yellow Duncan Hines (moist deluxe) cake mix
  • 1 box vanilla instant pudding
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 c. Wesson vegetable oil
  • 3/4 c. cool water

Direcciones

  1. Mix together oil and cold water. Add in 2 large eggs and half of oil mix. Then add in remaining ingredients and beat for at least 4 min, till no oil is visible in the batter. Pour into baking cups and bake at 350°F for 18 to 20 min.When cool, hollow out and spoon lemon pudding into centers. Top with the cut-off piece and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
