Ingredientes

  • 1 (17 ounce.) can English peas, liquid removed
  • 1 (8 ounce.) can water chestnuts, minced
  • 4 Large eggs, hard boiled and minced
  • 1/2 can pimento, minced or possibly 1 (2 ounce.) jar, liquid removed
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce.) can mushroom soup
  • 1 (3 ounce.) can onion rings

Direcciones

  1. Combine peas, water chestnuts, Large eggs, pimento, cheese, soup and 1/2 can onion rings. Pour in 1 1/2-qt casserole dish. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 min. Sprinkle remaining onion rings on top and bake till brown. Serves 4.
