Easy Chocolate Upside Down Cake (NoEggs)

If you don't like cherry this would also be delicious blueberry or raspberry.

Ingredientes

  • 1 (21 ounce.) can cherry pie filling
  • 2 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. cocoa
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. oil

Direcciones

  1. Spread cherries in 9x13 inch pan.
  2. Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Make a well in the center.
  3. Stir liquid into well of dry ingredients. Mix until moist.
  4. Pour over cherries. After it bakes, cool and invert or serve from pan. Good with whipped topping or ice cream.
