Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 lbs. Italian sausage
  • 1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
  • 1 med. to lg. head cabbage
  • 3 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 sm. can tuna, liquid removed
  • 1 sm. can tiny shrimp, liquid removed
  • 1 sm. can clams, liquid removed

Direcciones

  1. Cook together sausage and hamburger till done. Drain very well. (I do this ahead of time and let set for an hour or possibly so, stirring occasionally.)
  2. Cut cabbage into long thin strips. Cook with very little water on low heat till done, but still hard. Drain very well. Sprinkle sufficient soy sauce on cabbage just till moist (approximately 3 tbsp.). Add in to meat. Add in all ingredients together. Roll up in egg roll wraps. Fry in warm oil, turning once. Dip in warm mustard or possibly a sweet-n-sour sauce. Makes approximately 30 egg rolls.
  3. Ingredients for an egg roll is limitless. You can use any kind of Chinese vegetables or possibly fresh vegetables (cooked just till tender) or possibly any meat combination. We also like breakfast egg rolls made with sausage, Large eggs and cheese rolled up. Be creative!!
