Ingredientes

  • INGREDIENTS:
  • 4 eggs.
  • 2 Jar of anchovies in oil “Cantabriaentuboca.net”.
  • 25 gr.de butter.
  • Lemon Drops.
  • INGREDIENTS bechamel.
  • 25 gr. of butter.
  • 2 tablespoons mild olive oil.
  • Flour 2 tablespoons.
  • 1/2 liter of cold whole milk.

Direcciones

  1. 1 / Cook the eggs a few minutes, go through cold water, peel and cut in the middle. Separate the yolks from the whites.
  2. 2 / Mix the egg yolks with anchovies without oil and chop with butter and a squeeze of lemon juice.
  3. 3 / Fill the egg whites with the mixture.
  4. 4 / Let placing them on casseroles of suitable clay oven and we accompany it with a spoon.
  5. For the Bechamel sauce:
  6. In a saucepan, place butter, we leave a few minutes and add the flour, stirring with a whisk and add the flour over medium heat, keep moving and keep adding the cold milk slowly so that no lumps. Add salt and freshly ground nutmeg a pinch single.
  7. Cook for about 5-6 minutes until thickened to taste.
