Receta Eggs stuffed with anchovies
Ingredientes
- INGREDIENTS:
- 4 eggs.
- 2 Jar of anchovies in oil “Cantabriaentuboca.net”.
- 25 gr.de butter.
- Lemon Drops.
- INGREDIENTS bechamel.
- 25 gr. of butter.
- 2 tablespoons mild olive oil.
- Flour 2 tablespoons.
- 1/2 liter of cold whole milk.
Direcciones
- 1 / Cook the eggs a few minutes, go through cold water, peel and cut in the middle. Separate the yolks from the whites.
- 2 / Mix the egg yolks with anchovies without oil and chop with butter and a squeeze of lemon juice.
- 3 / Fill the egg whites with the mixture.
- 4 / Let placing them on casseroles of suitable clay oven and we accompany it with a spoon.
- For the Bechamel sauce:
- In a saucepan, place butter, we leave a few minutes and add the flour, stirring with a whisk and add the flour over medium heat, keep moving and keep adding the cold milk slowly so that no lumps. Add salt and freshly ground nutmeg a pinch single.
- Cook for about 5-6 minutes until thickened to taste.
- Cover with the sauce stuffed eggs, add grated cheese and butter
