Ingredientes

  • 6 c. Fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp Almond extract
  • 1 x juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/4 c. Butter, cut into 1/4 inch pcs
  • 2 x 9-inch pie shells

Direcciones

  1. Combine first 7 ingredients together in a large bowl and toss. Place mix in one of the pie shells and top with butter pcs. Take the remaining pie shell and place it on top of the peaches securing along the edges. Cut several slits in the top of the pie shell and bake at 400 for about 45 min.
