Ingredientes

  • 4 Tbsp. Margarine
  • 1/2 lb Asaparagus, cut to 1" pcs
  • 1 1/2 c. Peas
  • 1 c. Sliced carrots
  • 1 sm Cauliflower head, cut into florets
  • 2 x Kohlrabi, peeled & sliced Salt & pepper Cool water
  • 1 1/2 tsp Cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced parsley

Direcciones

  1. In a large pot, heat margarine & saute/fry the asparagus, peas, carrots, cauliflower & kohlrabi for 5 min stirring to ensure all are coated. Add in a little water, salt & pepper. Simmer until the vegetables are tender but still chewy.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch with 2 tb water & add in to vegetables stirring until sauce has thickened. Serve with parsley.
