Ingredientes

  • 2 lb Hawaiian fish*
  • 1/4 c. Coarsely minced cilantro Fresh cilantro sprigs Salt
  • 1 lrg hard-ripe banana
  • 1 tsp Oriental sesame oil
  • 1/2 c. Minced golden brown raisins
  • 2 Tbsp. Minced fresh cilantro
  • 1 tsp Grated lemon peel
  • 1 tsp Japanese chili spice

Direcciones

  1. - Cut into 6 equal portions (see cooking basics)
  2. Pat fish with minced cilantro and saute/fry (see cooking basics). Set fish on 6 hot plates; spoon salsa alongside. Add in cilantro sprigs and salt to taste.
  3. THAI BANANA SALSA***
  4. Peel and halve lengthwise banana. In a nonstick 10-12" frying pan over high heat, brown banana well in sesame oil, about 8 min.
  5. Chop banana. Mix with raisins, cilantro, lemon peel and Japanese chili spice.
