Ingredientes

  • 3 x egg whites
  • 3/4 c. low-fat lowfat milk
  • 1 c. low-fat lowfat yoghurt
  • 3/4 c. apple sauce
  • 2 c. wholemeal flour
  • 1/2 c. folled oats
  • 1/2 c. oat bran
  • 3 tsp baking pwdr
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1/2 c. minced apricots

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350F, prepare pans. Beat the egg whites lightly then add in lowfat milk, lowfat yoghurt & apple sauce. Combine flour, rolled oats, bran, b/pdr, cinnamon, raisins & apricots. Add in the dry mix to the wet mix till just combined. Spoon into pans & bake for 20 mins.
  2. Makes 12muffins.
