Ingredientes
- 3 x egg whites
- 3/4 c. low-fat lowfat milk
- 1 c. low-fat lowfat yoghurt
- 3/4 c. apple sauce
- 2 c. wholemeal flour
- 1/2 c. folled oats
- 1/2 c. oat bran
- 3 tsp baking pwdr
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. minced apricots
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350F, prepare pans. Beat the egg whites lightly then add in lowfat milk, lowfat yoghurt & apple sauce. Combine flour, rolled oats, bran, b/pdr, cinnamon, raisins & apricots. Add in the dry mix to the wet mix till just combined. Spoon into pans & bake for 20 mins.
- Makes 12muffins.
