Ingredientes

  • 1 x (10 ounce.)pkg. frzn minced spinach,thawed
  • 3 med sized wellow squash,thinly sliced
  • 1 lrg red or possibly green bell pepper cut in half inch pcs
  • 1 sm yellow onion,thinly sliced
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 3 c. shredded ( or possibly cut up in small pcs ) chicken or possibly turkey
  • 12 x (6 inch) corn tortillas, cut into 1 inch pcs
  • 1 x ( 10.75 ounce )can low or possibly no fat cream of celery soup,undiluted
  • 1 x ( 8 ounce.) container low or possibly no fat lowfat sour cream
  • 1 x ( 8 ounce.) jar picante sauce or possibly salsa
  • 1 x ( 4.5 ounce.) canned green chilies,undrained
  • 1 env fajita seasoning ( McCormick , Lawry,)
  • 2 c. ( 8 ounce.) shredded Sharp low or possibly no fat Cheddar Cheese, divided

Direcciones

  1. Drain spinach well , set asideSaute' squash, bell pepper, and onion in warm oil in a LARGE skillet over med/high heat about 6 min. Remove from heat
  2. Stir in chicken, spinach, remaining ingredients and 1.5 c. cheese Spoon into lightly greased 13x9 inch baking dish Bake @ 350 degrees for 30 min. Sprinkle w/ remaining half c. cheese and bake 5 more min.
  3. Makes 6 - 8 servings
