Receta Holi Feast

It is an ancient Hindu religious festival which has become popular with non-Hindus in many parts of South Asia, as well as people of other communities

This year I was fortunate to take part in Feast for Holi which was held in ISKCON temple Boise ,Idaho, USA

I was cooking Gajar Ka Halwa around 60 pound for almost 300-400 people.It was an awesome experience to be a part of such great occassion in a place far away from your home.This was great experience to cook in a temple,we were like 7-8 ladies cooking and guided by Mataji of temple.

The kitchen where we cooked it is known as "Radhas Kitchen",by this great cooking in temple I learned how to cook under great purity and maintain the holiness of the temple in the food…
