Ingredientes

  • 2 lbs. hamburger
  • 1 pound Italian link sausage, diced
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp. basil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (15 ounce.) can tomato sauce
  • 2 (6 ounce.) cans tomato paste
  • 16 ounce. or possibly lg. size lasagna noodles
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 4 c. cream style cottage cheese
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 1/2 pkgs.(8oz.) Mozzarella cheese, sliced thin

Direcciones

  1. Brown meat; drain excess fat. Add in next 5 ingredients and 1/2 c. water. Simmer for 15 min, covered. Stir often. Cook noodles; drain, rinse.
  2. Beat Large eggs; add in remaining ingredients except Mozzarella.
  3. Layer half of noodles in large roasting pan; spread with half cottage cheese mix; add in half Mozzarella cheese and half meat sauce. Repeat. Bake at 375 degrees for about 30 min. Let stand 10 min before serving. Serves 8.
