Ingredientes

  • 2 (16 ounce) cans sliced peaches
  • 2 (16 ounce) cans sliced pears
  • 1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks
  • 1 (16 1/2 ounce) can dark, sweet pitted cherries
  • 3 bananas, sliced
  • 3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/3 c. butter
  • 1 (16 ounce) can applesauce
  • 1 c. pecan halves

Direcciones

  1. Drain all canned fruits well. Put together canned fruit plus bananas in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Set aside. Put together brown sugar, butter and applesauce in a saucepan. Heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally. Spoon applesauce mix over fruit and arrange pecan halves on top. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
