  • 1 sm loaf:
  • 1 c. mashed potatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour, unbleached
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
  • 1 lrg loaf:
  • 2 c. mashed potatoes
  • 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 c. all-purpose flour, unbleached
  • 1 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp active dry yeast

Direcciones

  1. Place mashed potatoes into machine baking pan, add in oil. Add in flour and salt, then yeast. Use rapid cycle for this loaf.
