Italian Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Warm italian sausage
  • 1 slc Finely minced onion
  • 1/2 x Green pepper, finely diced
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic pwdr
  • 1/4 c. Dry bread crumbs
  • 1 dsh Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 1/4 c. Spaghetti sauce, about
  • 40 lrg Mushroom caps Oil Mozzarella cheese

Direcciones

  1. Cook Italian sausage, onion, green pepper, garlic pwdr, and a handful of mushroom stems, finely minced, in a skillet, then drain fat.
  2. Put meat mix into a food processor with steel blade and process for 5 seconds to make or possibly till a nice crubly constistancy.
  3. Add in bread crumbs, pepper, salt, and spaghetti sauce.
  4. Coat mushroom caps with oil.
  5. Fill mushroom caps with meat mix. Cover with foil and bake at 350 about20 min.
  6. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, then broil till cheese is melted and mushrooms are tender.
