Receta Italian Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Warm italian sausage
- 1 slc Finely minced onion
- 1/2 x Green pepper, finely diced
- 1/4 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 1/4 c. Dry bread crumbs
- 1 dsh Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 1/4 c. Spaghetti sauce, about
- 40 lrg Mushroom caps Oil Mozzarella cheese
Direcciones
- 1. Cook Italian sausage, onion, green pepper, garlic pwdr, and a handful of mushroom stems, finely minced, in a skillet, then drain fat.
- 2. Put meat mix into a food processor with steel blade and process for 5 seconds to make or possibly till a nice crubly constistancy.
- 3. Add in bread crumbs, pepper, salt, and spaghetti sauce.
- 4. Coat mushroom caps with oil.
- 5. Fill mushroom caps with meat mix. Cover with foil and bake at 350 about20 min.
- 6. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, then broil till cheese is melted and mushrooms are tender.
