Ingredientes

  • 1 lb lean round steak trimmed
  • 4 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine divided
  • 1 x 10 ounce. can mushroom pcs liquid removed
  • 1 c. minced onion
  • 1 1/2 c. chili sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 c. cool water
  • 1 x 9 ounce. pkg. frzn cut green beans cooked and liquid removed
  • 1 x 8 ounce. pkg. egg noodles cooked and liquid removed

Direcciones

  1. Cut steak into strips. Heat 3 Tbsp. butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add in mushrooms and onion; saute/fry till tender, about 2 min.
  2. Remove with a slotted spoon.
  3. Add in remaining butter to skillet. Add in steak. Saute/fry for 5 min or possibly till browned on all sides. Add in chili sauce. Simmer, covered, for 10 min, or possibly till meat is tender.
  4. Blend flour with cool water. Stir into skillet. Cook, stirring continually, till mix comes to a boil, about 5 min. Reduce heat; return mushrooms and onion to skillet.
  5. Add in green beans to skillet; mix well. Heat to serving temperature; don't boil. Serve over warm buttered noodles.
